FRESH PASTA: QUALITY WITHOUT COMPROMISE
Just 25 years after its foundation, our pasta factory, after climbing the ranks of the "dry", relaunches and also enters the "fresh" market. In 2018 in Ancona a 2nd modern factory was created for the production of fresh pasta produced with 100% Italian eggs and semolina and raw materials for the fillings of absolute excellence. It is a revolution of true goodness dedicated to that large market in continuous growth that demands, even in this sector, absolute and uncompromising quality.
